Patient Arrival Policy:

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Appointment Policy:

To allow ample time and provide best care for all patient appointments and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. Emergency cases always receive top priority.

For your convenience, in-house treatment appointments are available. In-house treatments allows you to check in your pet in the morning and allows the doctors opportunity to see your pet, providing the necessary time for a thorough exam. All In-house treatment appointments are required to bring in their pets from 7:40 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. After the exam, a Veterinary Technician or the Veterinarian will contact you with a diagnosis and schedule a discharge time.

For the safety of all animals in our care, vaccinations must be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, please either place your pet in a pet carrier or on a leash when coming in for an appointment.

Surgery/Dental Cleaning Policy:

All surgical procedures are scheduled and we operate by appointment only. Surgical and Dentistry admiissions are from 7:40 a.m. to 8:10 a.m.  A Veterinary Technician will meet with you to review the surgery and schedule a discharge appointment for your pet.  After the surgery or dental cleaning is completed, you will receive a call from the Customer Service Team or Veterinary Technician.  In the even of an emergency case, emergencies always receive top priority.

Payment Policy:

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks. We also now offer Exclusive Preventative Health Packages. The Preventative Packages are affordably priced and work within any budget. Please ask about our packages at check in and one of our Customer Services representatives will review our Wellness packages with you.
