Gull Lake Boarding Kennel Team

Brenda Archer,  Kennel Team Manager

Brenda worked as a Kennel Assistant previously and recently rejoined our team as the Kennel Team Mamager in June of 2010.

     Beth Gale, Senior Kennel Attendant

Beth started part-time in July of 2003. She has been recently promoted to Senior Kennel Attendant.

She raises AKC pugs and has been a breeder for the past 5 years. Beth is also a breeder of tropical birds for local pet stores. In her spare time, she also enjoys the hobby of salt & fresh water aquariums with the Kalamazoo Aquarium Society.

Beth lives with her husband, Jason, and has two sons, Nicholas & Spencer. Her home is filled with different animals to care for which is truly her passion!

   Erika Phillips, Kennel Attendant

Erika works through her co-op program at Gull Lake High School for work experience and the great opportunities it may offer her. She is graduated from GLHS this year and will be attending KVCC in the fall. Not sure what she will be majoring in, Erika will explore several options that are available to her at this time.

Her hard work has been recognized not only on the GLHS Honor Roll, but she has also received citizenship and attendance awards. Erika is also a 3rd Generation Alumni, has received the Meritorious Volunteer Award through the Red Cross while also being honored as being a 3 year Varsity Thrower for the Blue Devils and Athlete of the week in May of 2009.

Erika loves life, money, photography, computers and animals. She has an 8 month old torte cat, LB, a 1 year old brindle pug, Lacey. She has also had a lot of animals while growing up, 2 dogs, 3 cats, hamster, guinea pig, turtle and many fish. Someday she hopes to own her own land and maybe some farm animals.
